Local 100% grass-fed/finished beef from Florida regenerative and sustainable cattle farm. Our beef is a blend of Angus and F1 Wagyu cattle providing the perfect marbling not found in other grass fed/grass finished beef.  Steaks are frozen and vacuum sealed after aging for 14 days after USDA inspection.  
 
Average Porterhouse weight is 36oz. 
 
Please note price is for the entire steak, not per pound.  Prices are subject to change based on cattle, farmer and butchery costs.  Although this doesn't happen often, Raw Milk Boca will notify you if a price increase occurs.
